Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sausage; cook until browned, then push to side.
Add peppers and onion; sauté until soft.
Stir in paprika and red pepper flakes, then add chicken stock and simmer 2 minutes.
Season with salt, stir, and remove from heat.
