Instructions
Season beef with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
Add beef, potatoes, melted butter, garlic, broth, and Worcestershire to slow cooker; stir to combine.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are soft.
If desired, stir in cornstarch slurry and cook for 15 minutes to thicken sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of red wine or a dash of hot sauce.
