Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Mix wet ingredients (butter, peanut butter, applesauce) in a large bowl.
Add dry ingredients (except protein powder) and mix into a thick batter.
Stir in protein powder until dough forms, then fold in chocolate chips.
Press dough into a greased 10" skillet, sprinkle with sea salt if desired, then bake for 12 minutes.
Cool for 1 hour, then cut into 8 slices and serve.
Notes
This skillet brownie cookie is best enjoyed after cooling to achieve the perfect fudgy texture.
