  • 99 g Chocolate Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder code "Matt" to save on PEScience brand
  • 60 g Oat Flour
  • 10 g Almond Flour
  • 20 g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder Hershey's Special Dark for intense flavor
  • 75 g Brown Sugar Substitute or regular brown sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Baking Soda
  • Pinch Salt
  • 30 g Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 64 g Creamy Peanut Butter or any nut butter
  • 56 g Light/Spreadable Butter Country Crock Original recommended
  • 100 g Unsweetened Applesauce single-serve cup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Mix wet ingredients (butter, peanut butter, applesauce) in a large bowl.
  • Add dry ingredients (except protein powder) and mix into a thick batter.
  • Stir in protein powder until dough forms, then fold in chocolate chips.
  • Press dough into a greased 10" skillet, sprinkle with sea salt if desired, then bake for 12 minutes.
  • Cool for 1 hour, then cut into 8 slices and serve.

Notes

This skillet brownie cookie is best enjoyed after cooling to achieve the perfect fudgy texture.
