Instructions
Slice beef into thin strips, toss with cornstarch, egg white, salt, and pepper; let sit 10 minutes.
Heat oil and fry beef in batches until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes; drain on paper towels. For extra crispiness, fry twice.
In a separate pan, heat sesame oil, sauté garlic and ginger, add peppers, then stir in sauces, honey, sugar, chili flakes, and vinegar; simmer and thicken with slurry.
Add crispy beef to sauce, toss gently to coat, then garnish with sesame seeds, spring onions, and chili. Serve immediately.
