  • 1.5 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1.5 teaspoons Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 12 ounces Gluten-Free Farfalle Pasta
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Dry Shallots
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 0.5 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 cups Heavy Cream
  • 12 ounces Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 0.25 cup Pasta Water reserved from cooking pasta

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta until al dente; reserve pasta water.
  • Season chicken with spices; sear in olive oil until cooked. Dice and set aside.
  • Make sauce with butter, shallots, flour, chicken broth, and cream; add Parmesan until smooth.
  • Combine pasta, chicken, and sauce; add pasta water to bind.
