Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)

Cooked chicken

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

Sauces and fats

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Dairy & Garnish

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add chicken broth and buffalo sauce; bring to a simmer. Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Mix in shredded chicken, cheddar, mozzarella, and sour cream. Cook until heated through.
  • Combine sauce with cooked pasta, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve.

Notes

For extra spice, add more buffalo sauce or a dash of hot sauce.
