Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add chicken broth and buffalo sauce; bring to a simmer. Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
Mix in shredded chicken, cheddar, mozzarella, and sour cream. Cook until heated through.
Combine sauce with cooked pasta, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve.
Notes
For extra spice, add more buffalo sauce or a dash of hot sauce.
