Instructions
Season cube steaks with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place flour in a shallow dish.
Dip steaks in flour, then in beaten eggs, and coat again in flour.
Heat oil to 365°F (185°C) in a deep skillet.
Fry steaks for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain and serve with gravy if desired.
