Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.
Make the crust by mixing ground pork, ghee, and eggs, then folding in pork rinds and salt. Form into a pie crust.
Bake the crust for 20 minutes.
Prepare the filling by cooking bacon, then mixing eggs, cream, cheese, and bacon together.
Pour the filling into the baked crust and bake for an additional 30-35 minutes.
Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Notes
This quiche makes for great leftovers, place in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days.
