Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw ground pork
  • 5 oz pork rinds (pre-ground)
  • 1 tbsp grass-fed ghee (or butter)
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (ashleyr for 15% off)

Filling Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cheese
  • 8 oz bacon
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt (ashleyr for 15% off)
  • 3 tbsp chives (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Make the crust by mixing ground pork, ghee, and eggs, then folding in pork rinds and salt. Form into a pie crust.
  • Bake the crust for 20 minutes.
  • Prepare the filling by cooking bacon, then mixing eggs, cream, cheese, and bacon together.
  • Pour the filling into the baked crust and bake for an additional 30-35 minutes.
  • Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes

This quiche makes for great leftovers, place in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days.
