Ingredients
  

Dried Fruits

  • 1 cup medjool dates
  • 1 cup almonds (or nuts/seeds of choice)
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons almond butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined.
  • Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls.
  • Store in the fridge or freezer for best texture.

Notes

Keep the mixture sticky enough to roll into balls; add a bit more nut butter if needed.
