Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Combine wet and dry, then fold in chocolate chips. Spread into pan and sprinkle extra chips on top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, cool for 15 minutes, then cut into bars.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for longer storage.
