Bulgur
- 1 cup Bulgur
- 2 cups Wasser
- 1/4 TL Salz
Tofu
- 220 g Tofu
- 3 EL Sojasauce am besten japanische
- 3 EL Tahin (Sesampaste)
- 2 EL Honig
Optional: Joghurt für Sauce
- ca. 3 EL Naturjoghurt
Kichererbsen
- 1 Dose Kichererbsen 400g-Dose, abgespült
- 1 TL Currypulver nach Wahl
- Salz Salz
- 100 g Naturjoghurt
- 5 Blätter Minzeblätter fein gehackt
- 1 TL Limettensaft ersatzweise Zitronensaft

- to taste Feta

- 6.5 Minuten weiches Ei gekocht
- geröstete Kürbiskerne geröstet

- Erhitze Essig, Wasser, Zucker und Salz, bis der Zucker aufgelöst ist, dann abkühlen lassen.
- Zwiebel halbieren, ringelig schneiden, in Glas geben, mit Sud übergießen, kühlen.
- Karotten in Stifte schneiden, in Glas mit Essig-Wasser-Mischung legen, abkühlen lassen, im Kühlschrank lagern.
- Bulgur nach Packungsanweisung kochen, 10-15 Minuten ziehen lassen.
- Tofu entwässern, marinieren, anbraten, würfeln.
- Kichererbsen mit Currypulver und Salz anrösten, Wasser hinzufügen, erhitzen.
