Ingredients
  

Marinade

  • 1 cup plain yogurt full-fat or Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional

Chicken

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs or chicken breasts

Instructions
 

  • Mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne (if using) to make marinade.
  • Add chicken to marinade, coat thoroughly, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side or bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  • Let rest briefly before serving.

Notes

Marinate overnight for best flavor and tenderness.
