Yogurt Flatbreads Recipe

Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 2 cups self-raising flour (or all-purpose flour + baking powder) Substitute with all-purpose flour plus 1 1/2 tsp baking powder if needed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 2/3 cups Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour and salt, then add yogurt to form a sticky dough.
  • Divide dough into 6 balls and roll into 10-inch circles.
  • Heat a dry skillet over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • Cook each flatbread for 1 minute per side until golden.
  • Repeat with remaining dough, then serve warm.

Notes

Keep flatbreads warm in a covered container for best texture.
