Instructions
Heat a Dutch oven over medium-high heat, coat with cooking spray, and cook the turkey for 8 minutes until browned.
Add the thawed corn and black bean blend, sauté for 2 minutes.
Stir in chopped chipotle chiles, chili powder, salt, and pepper; cook briefly.
Add tomatoes and water, simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened.
Ladle into bowls, garnish with cilantro and green onions, and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, toast the spices before adding the liquids.
