Instructions
Cook the bacon using your preferred method and set aside.
In a frying pan, heat butter and scramble the eggs until cooked.
Place an egg, bacon, and cheese on half of each tortilla, then fold.
Toast the folded tortillas in the skillet until golden brown and cheese melts.
For the high protein version, cook chicken sausages and mix with cottage cheese and eggs.
Assemble and toast the high protein wraps similarly.
