Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces flour tortillas (5" wide)
  • 4 pieces eggs
  • 4 pieces bacon
  • 4 slices american cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 pieces low carb tortillas
  • 6 pieces eggs
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 8 pieces chicken sausages
  • 4 slices white cheddar
  • 1/4 tsp salt (pepper, and garlic powder)

Instructions
 

  • Cook the bacon using your preferred method and set aside.
  • In a frying pan, heat butter and scramble the eggs until cooked.
  • Place an egg, bacon, and cheese on half of each tortilla, then fold.
  • Toast the folded tortillas in the skillet until golden brown and cheese melts.
  • For the high protein version, cook chicken sausages and mix with cottage cheese and eggs.
  • Assemble and toast the high protein wraps similarly.
