Ingredients
  

Greens

  • 2 cups kale leaves, stems removed
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 medium Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 medium cucumber, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 inch piece ginger root, peeled
  • 1 cup filtered water or coconut water

Instructions
 

  • Wash greens and chop cucumber. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth, adding more water if needed.
  • Optional: Strain for a smoother texture.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or brightness as desired.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
