  • 1.5 bananas frozen bananas
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk I prefer Thai Kitchen for its rich consistency
  • 2 oz water
  • Pinch fresh ginger, grated

Instructions
 

  • Add the frozen mango, bananas, coconut milk, water, and grated ginger to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into bowls and serve immediately.
