  • 2 cups chopped mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  • Add chopped mushrooms and cook until softened.
