Instructions
Mix maple syrup, tahini, and sea salt until combined.
Grind ½ cup of oats into a rough flour and add to wet ingredients with remaining oats. Mix until combined.
Drop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheet, flatten into discs, leaving space between cookies.
Bake at 356°F (180°C) for 13-14 minutes until golden. Cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
