  • 2-3 pieces ripe bananas Mashed until smooth
  • 1 cup almond/oat milk

Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For serving

  • to taste Maple syrup For drizzling
  • for greasing Neutral oil or cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Mash bananas until smooth, stir in plant milk.
  • Gently fold in flour, baking powder, cinnamon.
  • Heat skillet, pour 1/4 cup batter, cook until bubbles form.
  • Flip when bubbles appear, cook until golden.
