Instructions
Combine shredded broccoli, diced apples, red onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Add diced apples just before serving to keep them fresh.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the salad sit for 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
