Instructions
Shake the coconut milk can to blend the cream and water, then pour into a bowl.
Whisk in the sweetener and vanilla until smooth; blend if needed.
Stir in chia seeds evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set, then stir and serve.
Notes
Adjust sweetness to taste and top with fresh fruit if desired.
