Instructions
Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add ground turkey, cook until no longer pink, then season with salt and pepper.
Mix in tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, sweet potatoes, spices, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then simmer 15 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender.
Add frozen corn, cook a few more minutes until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve in bowls, garnished with cilantro, cheese, and sliced avocado as desired.
