Instructions
Rinse quinoa and boil with water for 15 minutes.
Heat olive oil, cook onion and garlic 2 minutes.
Add plant-based turkey; cook 5 minutes, stirring.
Mix in sauces, shredded carrots, and cooked quinoa; cook 3 minutes.
Drizzle sesame oil, then spoon filling into lettuce leaves. Top with green onions and peanuts.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime or fresh herbs.
