Ingredients
  

Tortillas

  • 4 pieces whole wheat or spinach tortillas Use your preferred type of tortilla.
  • 8 ounces sliced turkey breast Make sure it's Halal.
  • 1 piece ripe avocado Sliced.
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves Washed and ready to use.
  • 1 medium tomato Thinly sliced.
  • 1 small cucumber Thinly sliced.
  • 0.25 cup hummus or spread of your choice For spreading on tortillas.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.

Instructions
 

  • Spread hummus evenly on each tortilla.
  • Layer sliced turkey, avocado, spinach, tomato, and cucumber on the tortillas.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately.
