Instructions
Drain the tuna and prepare the vegetables and walnuts.
Mix tuna, celery, walnuts, green onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
Warm tortillas briefly in the microwave for 5-10 seconds each.
Layer lettuce, tomato slices, then spoon tuna mixture onto the tortilla.
Roll the wrap tightly, folding in sides to seal, and let sit seam side down to seal.
Notes
Using warm tortillas helps keep the wraps tight and sealed.
