Instructions
Drain the tuna and add it to a small bowl. Mix in celery, green onions, water chestnuts, and red pepper.
Stir in mayonnaise and mustard until well combined.
Spread the tuna mixture over two tortillas and sprinkle with shredded lettuce.
Roll up tightly and slice in half to serve, securing with toothpicks if needed.
