skipjack tuna in water
drained

mayonnaise

Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°F to keep patties warm.
Drain and flake tuna in a bowl, then mix in mayo, mustard, garlic, eggs, salt, pepper, and herbs.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, scoop tuna mixture into mounds, and flatten gently.
Fry patties for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown, then transfer to the warm oven.
Serve immediately, enjoy on their own, with salad, or in a sandwich!
