  • 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine white beans, tuna, red onion, and parsley in a bowl.
  • Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Pour vinaigrette over salad and toss gently.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Notes
