tuna in oil or water, drained and flaked

elbow macaroni or penne pasta

fresh spinach, roughly chopped

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add spinach and cook until wilted.
In a bowl, combine pasta, spinach mixture, tuna, tomatoes, cream, cheeses, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with breadcrumbs and extra cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving.
