Toss chicken strips with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Mash avocados with lime juice and salt. Spread avocado mash on tortillas, then top with lettuce, chicken, cheese, and cilantro. Roll up and toast in a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts. Slice and serve.
