Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast sliced into strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 large flour tortillas
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 0.5 lime lime juice
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 0.5 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Toss chicken strips with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Mash avocados with lime juice and salt. Spread avocado mash on tortillas, then top with lettuce, chicken, cheese, and cilantro. Roll up and toast in a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts. Slice and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or your favorite salsa.
