Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Spread strawberry pie filling evenly on the bottom of the baking dish.
Spoon and gently spread the cheesecake mixture over the strawberry layer. Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly on top and drizzle with melted butter.
Bake for 40–45 minutes until the top is golden and bubbling. Let cool for 30 minutes. Chill for firmer layers if desired.
Top with whipped topping and garnish with fresh strawberries and powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
For a firmer texture, refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours before serving. Fresh strawberries add a lovely pop of color and freshness to the dish.
