Instructions
Marinate the steak with olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the marinated steak in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side, then rest and slice.
Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft.
Assemble burritos by layering rice, beans, steak, cheese, tomatoes, onions, avocado, cilantro, and sour cream on each tortilla, then roll up.
Serve sliced in half with extra toppings if desired.
Notes
