  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat chicken dry, drizzle with olive oil, and season with spices. Toss to coat.
  • Arrange chicken in a single layer on the baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
  • Let chicken rest for at least 5 minutes before serving to retain juices.
