Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 200 g Plain/All Purpose Flour tightly packed
  • 180 g Plain Natural Yogurt unsweetened
  • 1.5 tsp Baking Powder not baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 8 tsp Olive Oil optional, for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add yogurt and form a dough ball.
  • Knead on a floured surface until smooth, adding flour as needed.
  • Divide dough into 4 parts, roll into 8" circles, and brush with oil.
  • Heat a pan over high heat. Cook each flatbread 60-90 seconds per side until lightly charred.

Notes

Ensure the dough is not too sticky for easy rolling.
