Instructions
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add yogurt and form a dough ball.
Knead on a floured surface until smooth, adding flour as needed.
Divide dough into 4 parts, roll into 8" circles, and brush with oil.
Heat a pan over high heat. Cook each flatbread 60-90 seconds per side until lightly charred.
Notes
Ensure the dough is not too sticky for easy rolling.
