Instructions
Cook rice in water or broth for 15 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger; marinate chicken for 30 minutes.

Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, and drizzle with reserved marinade; garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
