(55g, mix of milk and semi-sweet)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 335°F (170°C). Line a 9-inch pan with parchment and butter.
Melt butter and chocolates in microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Whisk eggs and sugar until thick and ribbony, about 3-5 minutes.
Combine melted chocolate mixture with egg mixture, then fold in coffee, dry ingredients, and chocolate chunks.
Pour batter into pan, bake for 20-25 minutes, then cool and cut.
Notes
For extra fudginess, slightly underbake and let cool before slicing.
