Instructions
Prepare the broccoli by washing and cutting it into bite-sized florets. Ensure they're dry for better dressing adherence.
In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Add the soaked red onion, sunflower seeds, and raisins to the dressing mixture; stir gently to combine.
Toss in the broccoli florets until well-coated with the dressing.
