Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried raisins
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion (soaked in cold water)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the broccoli by washing and cutting it into bite-sized florets. Ensure they're dry for better dressing adherence.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Add the soaked red onion, sunflower seeds, and raisins to the dressing mixture; stir gently to combine.
  • Toss in the broccoli florets until well-coated with the dressing.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
