Instructions
Cook chicken breasts in oil until cooked through, then shred or slice.
Prepare the dressing by whisking soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger. Thicken with cornstarch mixed with water.
In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, cabbage, carrots, green onions, cilantro, edamame, mandarins, almonds, and wonton crisps.
Add cooked chicken to the salad and toss with dressing. Garnish with sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in soy sauce before cooking.
