Instructions
Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
Heat canola oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add beef mince and cook until browned.
Stir in sweet chilli sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Serve beef over rice with fresh herbs and vegetables.
Notes
Adjust lime and chili to taste for more or less heat and acidity.
