Instructions
Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, sriracha (if using), garlic, and warm water to make the sauce.
Divide the peanut sauce evenly into 4 jars.
Add chicken, then noodles, carrots, cucumber, and bell pepper in layers.
Top with cilantro and peanuts, seal, and refrigerate up to 4 days.
Shake or toss before serving with lime wedges.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime before serving.
