Instructions
 

  • Cook rice according to package instructions.
  • Cook ground turkey in a skillet until browned and cooked through.
  • Add teriyaki sauce to the cooked turkey and simmer for a few minutes.
  • Steam broccoli until tender.

Notes

You can substitute brown rice for white rice for added fiber.
