Instructions
Cook ground beef and garlic in a skillet for 5-6 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
Mix soy sauce, water, honey, brown sugar, vinegar, cornstarch, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Add vegetables to the skillet, cook 2 minutes, then pour in the sauce. Cook until thickened and vegetables are tender.
Season with salt and pepper, serve over rice or noodles, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh ginger and high-quality soy sauce.
