  • 4 pieces Whole Wheat Tortillas add fiber and nutrition
  • 2 cups Lettuce any leafy greens like spinach or kale can be used
  • 1 cup Carrots can swap for bell peppers or cucumbers
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers any variety can be used
  • 0.25 cup Green Onions omit or replace with chives if desired

Instructions
 

  • Cook the chicken thighs until fully cooked, then slice into strips.
  • Mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  • Toss the cooked chicken in the sauce mixture to coat evenly.
  • Lay out tortillas, then add lettuce, carrots, bell peppers, green onions, and chicken.
  • Roll up the tortillas to form wraps and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
