Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 2 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup teriyaki sauce

Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps

Vegetables

  • 0.5 cup shredded carrots
  • 0.5 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce

Condiments

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, season chicken, and cook for 5-7 minutes per side. Rest for 5 minutes.
  • Slice cooked chicken and toss with teriyaki sauce until coated.
  • Shred carrots and cabbage, chop lettuce, and warm tortillas.
  • Lay a tortilla flat, spread mayonnaise if using, add chicken, vegetables, and roll tightly.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
