Instructions
Cut chicken into 1" pieces, season with garlic powder and pepper, coat with cornstarch.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet, cook chicken in two batches until browned and cooked through, then set aside.
Add onions to the skillet, cook 1 minute, then add broccoli and peppers, cook until tender-crisp.
Return chicken to skillet, add sauce, and cook until thickened, then serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust cooking time for softer vegetables if desired.
