  • 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into one-inch pieces
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 tsp garlic grated
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix all teriyaki marinade ingredients until combined.
  • Marinate chicken pieces in half of the sauce for at least 10 minutes, then skewer.
