Instructions
Cook rice in 3 cups water until tender, about 15 minutes.
Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic to make sauce.
Sear beef in sesame oil until browned, then add sauce and cook until thickened.
Stir-fry vegetables in same pan, then combine with beef and sauce.
Assemble bowls with rice, beef, vegetables, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
