Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 10 oz macaroni pasta cooked, drained, and cooled

Protein

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped

Vegetables

  • 1 Large green bell pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 cups tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cups black olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cups red or sweet onion, finely diced
  • 11 oz corn

Cheese

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Sauces & Condiments

  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Spices

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • to taste N/A salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl and stir.
  • Mix all dressing ingredients thoroughly in a separate bowl.
  • Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
  • Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Notes

For best flavor, let the salad chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
