Instructions
Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, then add spices and simmer with broth until thickened.
Prepare toppings: chop tomatoes, onion, cilantro, slice avocado, rinse beans and corn.
Layer rice or lettuce in bowls, top with seasoned beef, beans, corn, tomatoes, onion, avocado, and cheese.
Finish with sour cream, cilantro, and lime wedges for squeezing.
